Payment Options: Customers can choose to pay the full price of the tour at the time of booking or make a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details of your tour. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
No Refunds: All payments (whether partial or full) are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your tour to a different date if necessary. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
Tour Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule the tour or receive a credit voucher for a future booking.
Fitness Level: Some activities require a moderate level of fitness. Please ensure you are physically capable of participating.
Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 12 years old for rafting and 10 years old for hiking. For 4×4 tours, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your participation.
Equipment Use: All safety equipment must be worn and used as instructed by the guides. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
Assumption of Risk: By booking a tour, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Vjosa Rafting and Adventure Tours is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the activities.
Waiver Agreement: Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of any activity.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides and behave respectfully towards fellow participants and the environment.
Any disruptive behavior or failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the tour without compensation.
