Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds. All bookings are non-refundable, however you paid. This applies however much notice you give, including 24 hours or more before your trip.

Change your date or your names instead, free of charge. If your plans change you can postpone your rafting trip to another date, or pass your places to someone else, at no extra cost and subject to availability. Your booking stays valid for 365 days from your original trip date, so you can come back later in the season or next year.

Exceptional circumstances. If you cannot travel for a genuine reason and cannot make use of your 365-day validity, we may agree to a refund at our discretion. In that case we retain a fixed 20% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee, covering payment-processing charges and the administration of your booking. If you simply do not arrive and have not contacted us beforehand, the booking counts as used and no refund is due.
